[QCWA Hotlist] Delinquent Lists

I wasn't asking anyone to check their chapter members, but it's a good idea 
that will shortly be much easier to do.   I was and am asking the Chapter 
Officers to insure they are current for the reason's John just covered.

The list on the web site is almost a year old, but at the moment it's all we 
have to go by.  If you have paid your dues since 1 July, 2011, thank you.

I will shortly be launching a Chapter Officer's area on the website where WE 
will be able to do a whole lot more than we ever have before.  I've very 
excited about all the things that will be possible and I look forwarding to 
you using the area as much as I've enjoyed  putting it together.  I also 
look forward to the suggestions that will come after you start to use it 
that will make it better for everyone.

I say WE, because I'm also Secretary at Chapter 8 in Minnesota.

In responce to a e-mail I recieved I just went thru the 2 call area for 
delinquent members in our Chapter which is Chapter 29. I was surprised as to 
how many there were in our Chapter who were listed as delinquent who are 
SK's and I know are current in thier dues even me. I got a copy of my QCWA 
journal which is Fall of 2011and checked my address label and I am good 
until5/30/2013 yet I am listed as deliquent. As Chapter 29 President I would 
like to see our Chapter in good standing but I can't approach anyone until I 
know the membership list is correct. How can we as chapters help in 
correcting this, and when will a current correct list be available? Thanks
