We're establishing a Member's Only and a Chapter Officer's Only area on the QCWA website.  

While trying to build user ids and passwords, I discovered that 28 of you appear to be in arrears concerning your QCWA membership.

PS Our By-lays state, a Ham that qualifies to be a member of QCWA National, needs to be a current member before they can join a local Chapter.
