[QCWA Hotlist] Annual Hotlist member update

It's time once again for our annual subscriber update to the Hotlist reflector.

This is accomplished by removing everyone from last years list. 
This years list will be added shortly.

If you are a chapter officer and don't receive a resubscribed notice later today please check with your chapter secretary to insure your Annual Chapter Report was filed.

If you  receive unsubscribe/subscribe notices from the website that hosts this reflector, please ignore them.
