[QCWA Hotlist] Dogwood Chapter 98 poll on Associate Member Issue

Gentlemen:
QCWA Chapter 98 conducted a poll of its members at our latest lunch meeting on November 26 on whether QCWA should consider an Associate membership category.  The vote was 8 YES, and 0 NO or abstentions. We believe that QCWA should encourage all interested hams to join QCWA in some associate manner with the expectation of full membership when qualified.
