[QCWA Hotlist] Associate membership issue.

Fellow QCWA Members:

Some Cleveland Chapter 1 members meet weekly on Fridays for "lunch bunch."
This is not a chapter  sponsored event. I polled the 10 Chapter 1 members
present today and the resut was 9 no  and 1 yes to the idea of a less than
full membership in our national organization.

Earlier, I had written that our chapter supports the idea of an associate
member. To clarify, we welcome non QCWA members to check into our nets and
to come to our quarterly luncheons. We know that they are not yet eligible
to join the national QCWA, but we will not tell them to go away because
they represent the next generation of QCWA.
