[QCWA Hotlist] A change for QCWA?

Chapter 40 Pole on question "Should QCWA National have associate members??" 
Result - 4 no, 1 yes, one member absent.  We are small in number, but big on
QCWA.

discussion, I want numbers.

during your next net, take a vote and report those findings.  Next week,
next month or next year is fine.
