Hi Lee,

Thanks for your input. The more I can bring to Chapter 196 for
consideration the better. I find it extremely interesting that 3/4 of
your membership did not respond. That fact provides me with volumes of
information and I can only presume a bit of disgust in any compromise of
the very basic character of our orgnization.
