[QCWA Hotlist] A Change for QCWA?

Members who voted in Chapter 36 were strongly opposed to an Associate
membership, greater than 3:1.
15 NO, 4 YES
We have a large number of "guests" and I also polled them as to whether
they would be interested in joining as an Associate Member.
12 NO, 1 YES
The silent majority of both members and guests did not respond.
