[QCWA Hotlist] A change for QCWA?

Bob,

I forwarded your note to our board of  directors and received no responses. 
I interpret this to mean no opinion.

Chapter 166 has a list of friends (potential future members) that we invite 
to participate in our activities.  They are not members and do not pay dues. 
Our activities are limited and we have few expenses.
