Hi Bob,

Thanks for your information. Motions and discussions have been made in
the past regarding this issue. You have already provided information to
us regarding this issue from the last time it was discussed and there is
no need to do it again. Decisions have been made and documented by QCWA
so there is no need to bring this subject up again, never again. 

If National QCWA receives one penny from someone who is not a qualified
member then the QCWA has lost its credibility.
