Hello All - 

This message was sent via the QCWA reflector earlier this week.  I was reminded that some folks on the "QCWA HotList" do not suibscribe to the reflector.  So for you folks - 

Yes, its less than 5 weeks away. If you haven't made your hotel reservation yet, its time. Our hotel room block set aside for QCWA is released for general sales on 8 August. What this means is that, while the Crowne Plaza Hotel will continue to extend the $109/night convention rate, they will start selling all available rooms from our block on a first-come, first-serve basis. The hotel phone number is provided in the recent Journal (center pages) and on the QCWA web page via the convention hot link. 

Of course if you have not registered for the convention yet either, we recommned you do that as well. The committee and I are looking forward to meeting all of you and sharing QCWA fellowship and some New England hospitality.
