With 42 of 112 active chapters reporting:

 9 report everyone has email.
16 report 90%+ have email     26 total
  9 report 75%+ have email     35 total
   5 report 50%+ have email    40 total
   2 report 40%+ have email    43 total

Overall 12.79% don't have email out of 1501 members in these chapters, that's 192 without email.

Chapter 217(100% email) reports; most have smart phones that automatically shout QCWA whenever it detects QCWA in the subject!!!

This of course doesn't mean all of these have internet access or surf the we on a regular basis but 87% with email is a high number than I thought it would be.

Pretty advanced for the older generation.
