[QCWA Hotlist] Going Digital or Gone Digital?

Chapter 62 in Ocala FL has e-mail addresses for 100% of the members.

But another question probably should be asked -- how often do the 
members check their e-mail?  I know several who only check once a week 
or so.  Obviously knowing that has an effect on when we send meeting 
reminders out.
