Hi Everybody,

This is for the 32 chapters that haven't returned your Annual Reports to HQ 
yet.  They were due on Dec 31st.

Please get them filled out and turned in at your earliest convenience.

If you can't find your blank form for 2010, let me know and I'll email one 
to you.
