[QCWA Hotlist] a new QCWA Director

It's my pleasure to announce that Ken Simpson, W8KE has been selected to be 
a QCWA Director.

Ken will take over the vacancy created when Joan Powell, VE3ZC resigned 
earlier this year.

Thank you Joan for your dedication, hard work and friendly smile.  It was a
