[QCWA Hotlist] Signing the ARRL/QCWA MOU

Please pass this to any of your members that are going to Dayton later this 
week.

ARRL President Joel Harrison, W5ZN and I will be signing a new "Memo of 
Understanding" between ARRL and QCWA at 10:00am on Friday May 15th in the 
ARRL Expo area just south of QCWA Booth 471 in the Ball Arena.

I'd like as many QCWA members there as possible.
