[QCWA Hotlist] Quarterly Charter Reports

Hi Everybody,

Quarterly Chapter Reports for in the QCWA Journal are due to the editor 
Douglas Walbridge, d.walbridge at comcast.net by Wednesday, April 1, 2009.  If 
you are not responsible for submitting your chapters quarterly report, 
please forward this to the individual that is.

Quarterly reports are a source for ideas that other chapters have tried at 
their meetings.  If you have a question for another chapter you can connect 
with that Chapter on this reflector.

We also have many visually impaired members and their chapter's report are 
included in an audio recording created by several volunteers. Chapters that 
have these members should be especially diligent about submitting a report 
are:  5, 8, 10, 21, 25, 41, 63, 65, 67, 80, 95, 112, 127, 143, 149, 160 and 
203.  If you absolutely have nothing to report then please submit a short 
blurb that includes when your chapter net(s) are and when and where you next 
meeting will be.

Mark your calendars, these reports are due on January 1, April 1, July 1 and 
October 1.

Again, these reports go to our Editor, Doug Walbridge and not to me.
