This has had excellent response.  We have 10 samples for you that area

chapter032membership and chapter046membership are jpg files and will give 
you samples of what's possible.

chapter146membership.doc is provided by Cheryl, WA1WEY, Sec/Treas Chapter 
146 - Twin State Chpt

chapter151membership.doc is provided by Ken, VE6AFO, President of Chapter 
151 - Wild Rose Chapter

chapter-border and chapter-watermark were created by me, the watermark 
doesn't show very well until you use print preview.

Blank certificates with or without a variety borders, backgrounds and colors 
are available at you local office supply store or on the internet.  Some of 
these would look good on parchment paper as well.

The word Charter can easily be added before Member in any of the .doc files 
if you have any Charter Members that are not SK.
