The Chapter Relations Committee and the Administration Committee recently 
completed an update of the QCWA Chapter Manual and the Board of Directors 
voted to make it available on-line to all local Chapter Secretaries and 
Presidents.

You can save it to your PC and print as many copies as your chapter needs.
