[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter websites

This is mostly for Chapters that have their own website that are linked to 
from www.qcwa.org.

Insure that your webmaster provides a monthly or quarterly copy of the 
programs needed to create your site.

Those that use their chapter webpage at qcwa.org need not worry as the files 
are on the web server, on my PC and Chuck gets a cd every month or two or 
more often if a large change is made.

In case you haven't figured it out, one of our chapters just lost their 
entire site.
