[QCWA Hotlist] About those Chapter Reports due HQ each Quarter

Ladies and Gentlemen -- THANK YOU ever so much for jumping on this 
Chapter Reports task.  The lifeblood of our QCWA organization is 
refreshed and enriched by the reports of activities and new initiatives 
you take up in your individual chapters.  This is the stuff that makes 
QCWA a great organization.  You are to be commended for the work that 
you do to create these reports and to make them meaningful.

One small point -- the Chapter Report should be sent to the QCWA General 
Manager, Chuck Walbridge, K1IDG at qcwagm at rcn.com.

I don't MIND you sending them to me -- and I will forward them on to 
Chuck if for some reason you prefer to send them here.  My only 
involvement here was to push for the specific chapters I listed to 
consider sending in their report.  There are members in those chapters 
who are receiving the audio recording of the journal because of visual 
handicap and I'm sure they would like to hear about their chapter as 
well as others.  I coordinate that program, and want to insure that all 
our members are served, sighted as well as the visually handicapped.

So, whether your chapter is on my 'list' or not -- it is really 
important to QCWA and our continued well-being that you submit your 
Chapter Report at the beginning of each Quarter.  Let's work toward 
seeing EVERY ACTIVE CHAPTER represented in the Chapter Reports section 
of the journal.
