[QCWA Hotlist] QCWA 2008 Convention Program Update

Good Evening Hot List members.

This is to let you know that the QCWA 2008 Convention Information has 
been updated on the www.qcwa-ch119.org web page.  There is now a button 
in the Convention menu grouping which gives details of the programs to 
be presented at the convention with times indicated.  This information 
was ‘hidden’ in the Info Updates section until today.

I would like to remind you also that Convention Registrations can be 
updated to add features not checked off with your initial registration. 
  If, for example, you decide to add a tour or the Meet N Greet 
Reception (SURELY you have already signed up for the BANQUET!) then just 
send Barry Priddy, K5VIP, 723 Peachtree Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23322 an 
update.

The Saturday and Sunday Tours are not well enough subscribed at this 
point to insure that they will be running.  We will need several more 
registrations in order to pay the costs for those tours.  Barry, K5VIP, 
will be in touch early in September if we have to re-formulate the tour 
package.  If you can add a tour, now is the time to update your 
registration to avoid changes in the schedule.

Please share this information with those who may not have web access. 
Don’t let any of those for whom you have responsibility miss out on any 
convention detail because they don’t have full access to the information.
