[QCWA Hotlist] Additional QCWA Election information

At this point, the QCWA election ballots have been mailed, 
although many of us are still waiting for them to arrive.

We know that there was information in the last issue of the 
QCWA Journal, but space is limited in the Journal.  Bob 
Roske has been nice enough to permit all of the candidates 
to expand their biographical information, and add pictures 
on the QCWA web site where space is not as limited.
