As of this morning, 17 chapters have not sent in their Annual Report.

The consequences of this lack of action will be your chapter will be flagged 
as inactive and will not appear on the list of chapters that's included in 
the hamfest package and put on the web site.

If your chapter is really inactive please send the GM an email or letter 
which includes the causes of your demise.
