I’m looking for verification that John Atwood, K6LEX had anAdvanced, General, or Technician licensed granted before March 21, 1987.  With this verification, he can take a current(Element 2) Technician test and get credit for Element 3.  (Part 97.505: Element credit)

His call sign has been reissued sometime after 1992according to my 1992 call book.
