[QCWA] Harmonic Interference

For a week now, my son-in-law has been plagued by waves of harmonic interference, originally propagated 9 months ago at his QTH. 
He detected a signal shortly after a geophysical alert, and finally made an eyeball contact on Wednesday afternoon, April 18 at 13:26 UTC when she was spuriously emitted by her mother after a few Push-Pull cycles in close proximity of the rectified field apparatus. 
Her name is Page Anneliese, weighed 7lbs. 5oz., and at 19”, is exactly ¼λ on 2m. 
The source of the regeneration was initially identified as oscillation of the skin effect, but it’s been relayed to me that after there’s a likely coordinated repeater at this site in about 2 years in spite of certain feedback, they plan to have the leads of the probe tool short circuited and shunted, so it will only function as an attenuated hybrid generator!  =8-O 
And to ensure complete compliance, her mother may even have her receiver's phase lock looped and polarized, so her Doppler is shifted to neutral bias. 
Mother and baby are doing fine, and this harmonic should have her own Callsign by the peak of the next Solar Sunspot cycle.
