[QCWA] ICOM 7600

I have an Icom 7600 and have been playing around with it's voice record  
capability.
 
I can easily record signals off the air, but I can't seem to understand the 
 buttons I need to press to get that recorded audio transmitted.
 
I have a blind friend who is a ham and he wants to be able to hear how he  
sounds on his rig.
 
Anyone that provide me with sequence of how to get recorded audio to the  
transmitter please let me know. If a phone call is needed I can pay any  
charges.
 
I have the 7600 manual but can't find the trick
