[QCWA] Congrats to Carole

Just wanted to repeat my post on the Face Book page:

My heartiest congratulations to Carole Perry on her appointment to the
Board of QCWA. She'll bring a strong advocacy for the future of Amateur
Radio to the board which will I'm sure, insure the future of QCWA. She's
one of the great voices in ham radio and I would say this gladly even if
she weren't my neighbor here on Staten Island!
