I'd like to publicly thank QCWA Director Carole Perry, WB2MGP for a superb
and inspiring talk given at the annual luncheon of Chapters 46 and 181 on
Sunday.

Carole's efforts in utilizing Amateur Radio as a vehicle to inspire
middle-schoolers to further their education and her success stories about
those who have demonstrated what creative thought and nurtured curiosity
can accomplish reflected the apex of what Amateur Radio stands for. 
Carole's talk not only moved the Hams present but held the rapt attention
my XYL and the other non-Hams in the group - a rarity amongst Amateur
Radio speakers.

Thank you Carole for giving me reason to be confident about the future of
Amateur Radio and America.
