[QCWA] QCWA Digest, Vol 113, Issue 4

I got on the air at the start of the QSO Party. I made two contacts in 
Florida and Alabama, then called CQ a number of times without success.
In comparison, I managed seven contacts the prior week in the Ohio QSO 
party.
