Good afternoon, all.  After a needed break for the QCWA BOD meeting, 
your Secretary/Certificate Custodian is again ready to address your 
certificate needs. Please order your certificates from the QCWA web site 
-- the necessary information is fully accounted for using that request 
method, but only if you remember to check off the individual 
certificates you desire.  If there is a large response the processing 
delay may take a bit longer than usual, but I'll try to keep you 
informed of progress.  As always, your patience is very much
