How can you go wrong with that? I can't even buy just the IC
and a 9 pin connector for that.
Earlier, there was mention of some HM312 (I think) Mosfet
optocouplers for talking to the loop circuits. Apparently these
are no longer available, but I did find some Toshiba TPL227GA
couplers at Mouser.com. 400 Volts @ 120 mA.

I know I can use some 4N25 or similar optocouplers on the
loop side for keying sense.
I _know_ if I bought this stuff, the Black Box converters I can't
find in the shop will magically appear now. ;-)
