    QCWA Palm Beach Chapter 111 member Seymour "Sy" Levine, W2LPT will be conferred with the prestigious 75 year award from QCWA National HQ based in Ocala, FL In addition to this award, Sy will also be presented with a Life Membership in National QCWA. Sy was first licensed in 1938 in New York City. The ceremony will take place at the VA Hospital in Riviera Beach, FL on January 23, 2013 at 2 PM.
