[QCWA] Recruitment Idea

On our web site, we now have three documents that can be made into 
brochures.  We often use these at hamfests.

The "why belong" is the page I have referenced earlier.  There is also 
a brochure about our scholarship program and about QCWA facts that you 
might want to look at as well.

We used these quite successfully at Orlando HamCation a week ago.
