[QCWA] calbook search

I have a 1962-1963 Buckmaster By-Name Call; Directory.  In it there 
is no Rane Scott Joseph "Scotty" Bernard nor any combination 
there-of.  he closest listing is for a Joseph Bernard with the call 
N5EB in Louisiana.  That call is still listed as active in the ULS.
