[QCWA] Jan Hader of Eugene , OR has passed away.

For those of you that don't know Jan, she was Jim Walsh's, W7LVN (sk) secretary in the insurance agency he ran and when he was the QCWA GM from 1991 - 2004.

Jan suffered a stroke on June 28th.

In a message to Arch Doty dated 6/29/2012 4:04:57 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time,  Anne Walsh, Jim's daughter writes:

At about 3:05 this afternoon, Jan slipped quietly into her eternal rest. She was breathing, then simply stopped, and her death was without any pain or unpleasantness. Twyla Armstrong, her friend of over 40 years, was at her side. Just thought you'd like to know. There may be a small reception at the Washington Abbey, TBA, and will keep you informed. I can't afford to come back, so am hoping at least one of you would be able to make it, even for a few minutes. Anne
