Use the PayPal debit card to spend the money. No fee for that.
Then it's time to change banks. http://www.ally.com has one of the
best business friendly policies I know.
Then perhaps it's time to leave Massachusetts. None of the regional
or National presence banks I use charge me to receive my PayPal funds.

I hope you will do so, again, and soon.
https://www.wepay.com/about/fees appears to be a viable new company.
A number of rural fire departments in my State use them for
fundraising.
http://www.eventbrite.com/fees/ ... I use to register free events but
the BOD could use them to sell tickets to conventions, etc. and
automatically receipt vendor sales.
https://www.alertpay.com/en/fees.aspx is an answer to PayPal
https://cms.paypal.com/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=marketing_us/fees
PayPal fees for comparison
There are plenty of options out there, including the one I've already
mentioned ... write an electronic check out of my Ally, Bank of
America, MidFirst, or Arvest bank accounts to be delivered by paper to
QCWA headquarters in OLD fashioned paper using the US Postal system
for delivery. In other words, regardless of what the BOD decides, I
can still pay online.
