Since choke baluns are made with specific impedance
transmission lines, the next question would be, where
can I find 100 ohm coax ohm coax?

Especially if you don't feel like holding a critical spacing
between two individual wires while winding a core.

You can make it yourself.

If you happen to have the March 2007 QST, or are an
ARRL member and want to play with the archive search.

But for those of you that don't, here's the short version.

(1)--center--(2)
(3)--shield--(4)

(5)--center--(6)
(7)--shield--(8)

(1) coax INPUT (2) coax OUTPUT and (7) ground INPUT
(8) ground OUTPUT.

Tie (3) and (5) together and (4) and (6) together. This
puts the two sections of coax in series and results in a
section of 100 ohm transmission line.

(7)--shield--(8)

(9)--center--(10)
(11)--shield--(12)

(1) coax INPUT (2) coax OUTPUT and (11) ground INPUT
(12) ground OUTPUT.

Tie (3) and (5) together, (4) and (6) together, (7) and (9)
together and (8) and (10) together. This puts the three
sections of coax in series and results in a section of 150
ohm transmission line.
