For those of you that are planning on going to Reno for the QCWA Convention, be advised that the cutoff date for hotel reservations at Harrah's Reno is Friday, August 17, a mere 10 days away!
 
In order to secure your reservations, you may do so on line via the QCWA Website or simply call 1-888-726-6311 and ask for "Reservations at Harrah's Reno" and mention the reservation code "S09QCWA"
 
The preferential room rate of $59/night (single or double) is available September 23 through 27, 2012.
