Nope ... nada ... not even close ... no.  I wonder how many would bail from 
QCWA if this gets pushed through!!

I know one that would bail.  I am NOT infavour of getting things easily or 
NOW..!  If you want it ... earn it ... oh ... isn't that what QC stands 
for??
