I would be very much in favor of a digital Journal (I receive other magazines in digital format, I'm trying to reduce the paper in my life). The only thing I would want is for it to be done in PDF format, that anyone can read with available free software on any computer, don't go the Zinio route (ugh) that some other publications are using.
