[QCWA] QCWA Chapter 119 May Meeting

Chapter 119 Tidewater (Va) will hold our May meeting as one of our 
semi-annual meetings on the Northwest side of our local area in Hampton 
- Newport News.  These 'remote' meetings permit members and friends 
living in these areas to enjoy a spring and a fall meeting closer to 
their own homes, saving them significant travel unpleasantness.

The meeting will be held on SATURDAY, May 14, 2011 at Angelo's Steak and 
Pancake House, 755 J. Clyde Morris Blvd,
Newport News, VA  23601 at 12:00 Noon.  Anyone traveling through the 
area is cordially invited to stop by and share QCWA fellowship and a 
great Angelo's lunch.

Our program features a SHOW AND TELL activity.  I've had advance word of 
some of the items to be shown and talked about and it promises to be a 
very interesting meeting.  There is plenty of space available, and at 
least one outside antenna will be available should any 'presenter' want 
one to liven up his/her presentation with an on-the-air component.  
While this is NOT a flea-market activity, no one will be cross if 
someone offers to buy something you might be demonstrating.

A meeting like this is a wonderful opportunity to introduce a friend to 
the great things happening in QCWA.  Your friend will thank you for 
inviting him/her to attend.  If you want to HAVE a friend, then BE a
