Good Morning Mark; we here in Chapter 45 will not be able to attend your 
inaugural meeting but will be with you in spirit.  We wish you much success 
on your reactivation of Chapter 40.  Hopefully, we will see you and some of 
your members at the Orlando HamCation next month.  Please stop by our booth 
which is very near the entrance.  If not, then, perhaps we will see you in 
Dayton--a number of our Chapter members will be there.  73 and hope to see
