Yes it can.

I used HRD for many years, but, in my opinion it has too many features, so I
wrote my own application that spots, controls the rotor, controls the rig and
logs QSOs.  It also sends ADIF uploads to LOTW and eQSL.  However it's of use to
no one but me because it's written specifically for my equipment here in the
shack.
