I use the N3FJP line also, for contest logging.

There's a great add on program that will do what you're looking for on 
WD5EAE's website.

There you'll find a couple of versions of Ham Radio Deluxe Utilities for 
the different versions of HRD.  Included in the program download is a 
very graphical PDF file that easily takes you through the setup of the 
utility program.  You can see it here:

With such a powerful program constantly under develop, it's hard for the 
designer to get to everything that everyone demands of a program, so 
others such as WD5EAE have pitched in to fill some of the voids.
