[QCWA] Convention Follow-up

If someone asked me a question I answer them.

If the question is addressed only to me, that's how I respond, only to the 
person asking the question.

If they are addressed to the reflector, that's where my response is sent. 
If I respond to the individual I'll get 15 emails asking what my response is 
and some of those will accuse me of trying to hide something because I 
didn't respond to the reflector.
