[QCWA] Congratulations to Twin States Chapter 146

our sincere congratulations to Allen and Jeff, President and 
Vice-President, respectively, of the Twin States Chapter 146 
organization.  We all have high expectations for the continued success 
of Chapter 146 and we stand ready to help insure that success in any way 
we can.
