[QCWA] WD5HRW, SK

To all QCWA National Officers, Directors, Chapters,& friends;
 
Helen, Oscar's wife, called me Saturday night to inform me 
that Oscar Lofstrom, WD5HRW, became a SK on 22 September, 
2010 after a long illness.  Retiring from the U. S. Marine 
Corps as a Lt. Col.and Douglas Aircraft, he served in WWII 
and was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor.  He was a long 
time & very faithful member to QCWA Chapter 63.  A memorial 
service will be held on Friday 12, Nov. 2010 @ the All Soul's 
Episcopal Church, N.W. 63rd & Penn @ 1030 hrs.  He will surely 
be missed by all.
