[QCWA] Confused

I'm confused...and yes that is my normal state.... the ballot came today and it says

<clip>the QCWA membership will be electing one (1) Officer and eight (8) Directors. <clip>

Am I to assume that one of the 4 officers is up for re-election but since he is unopposed he doesn't appear on the ballot? Why then are all of the officers in the list? Which officer is up for re-election? Does this practice align with Robert's Rules of Order?

I know, it doesn't matter which one but I thought it would be nice to know!
