[QCWA] WWII RTTY Abbreviations/Callsigns

Thanks again to the folks who answered my previous questions on RTTY
systems in WWII!
I have some questions on the message at the link below. This order sent
my father home from Biak Island in 1946:

1. Where was station WXKR?
2. Where was station NDP5?
(WZPT was Biak, Netherlands East Indies. Dad was a teletype "Trick Chief"
in Det. 45, 142 AACS.)
3. What do the GR NC QYM abbrevs mean?
4. Am I correct in assuming that the abbreviations CLN, CMA, PD stand for
Colon, Comma and Period? Any particular reason why they didn't shift to
FIGURES to send punctuation marks?
5. What does SQFORSEV stand for?
